This product's purpose is to transform your original wired Carplay/Android Auto system into a wireless one. Before purchasing, please ensure that your car has OEM CarPlay. This product is compatible with 98% of cars with the original wired Carplay, except for BMW, Tesla, and a few other models. If you are unsure, you may contact customer service for more information. For Carplay, it is compatible with iPhone 6 and newer models, running on iOS 10 or higher. For Android Auto, it supports models with Android 11 or newer. Please note that Huawei devices with EMUI operating system are not compatible with Android auto wireless. 

For those wondering if their car is compatible with this product, please ensure that your car radio is original and has wired Carplay or wired Android auto. Please note that BMW, Tesla, and other models are not compatible. If you're unsure, feel free to ask customer service before making your purchase. Additionally, if you're experiencing difficulty connecting your Android phone to Carplay, it's likely because Android phones support Android auto, while Apple phones support Carplay. Please keep in mind that Huawei phones are not able to use Android auto. During use, you may experience a slight delay in sound, but this is a normal occurrence when connected via Bluetooth. To improve this, make sure to turn off any redundant Bluetooth devices as they can interfere with the product's link. It's also important to disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth. For those with Android system phones lower than Android 9 or Android 10, you can download an Android auto software if you cannot find Android auto in Google services.
